Around two to four hours per week is perfect — though there’s no pressure to do it all. Some weeks you’ll crave movement, others stillness. Grounded meets you where you are.
It is important to note, the movement element here is completely optional. Although encouraged, this is your choice, maybe this is where you fall involve with pilates...
All you need is a mat and a quiet space to move and breathe.
If you have small props — light hand weights, a band, or a ball — they’re lovely to use, but never essential. This is about how it feels, not how it looks.
You won’t miss a thing. Every live call and class is recorded and uploaded within 24–48 hours so you can move, listen, and learn in your own time.
The full six-month experience is $169 AUD, with the optional one-to-one upgrade available for $250.
